A casual dining experience, Colony Grill offers delicious pizza in a spacious restaurant with large screen televisions. A popular spot to check out games, Colony also prides itself on excellent customer service and making everyone feel welcome, even when they are dining alone. Do you like your pizza with a kick? The cheese pie with hot oil is a great menu option. 

Hot oil on a pizza? Yes! Colony Grill is known for their hot oil as a pizza topping. A well protected recipe since 1935, adding hot oil on any of Colony’s thin crust pizzas is a must to have the full dining experience. We, The Pizza is family owned and operated. Celebrity Chef Spike Mendelson is not only the Executive Consultant of We, The Pizza, he partakes in giving back to the community whenever he can. While the Capitol building was locked down in January, Chef Spike and his team delivered hundreds of pizzas to the troops stationed there, and around Washington, D.C. We, The Pizza also inspired at least 14 other restaurants to donate food to the initiative.

All locations of Wise Guys are all casual and perfect for dining in or taking slices to go. The Mushroom Truffle Pizza and the Buffalo Chicken pies are absolutely drool worthy. 

Wise Guys Pizza is perfect for grabbing slices with friends before taking in a Nationals baseball game or National’s watch party. You can also grab entire pies with friends before or after visiting one of the breweries in Navy Yard.

Gregorio’s is the tried and true family Italian restaurant where Sunday dinners are held, games are watched, and diners can luxuriate over meals both inside and on the patio. While there are many entrees offered, the pizza is what Gregorio’s is oh so popular for. Their four cheese pizza is widely loved, and a must have! Listed as Quattro Formaggio on the menu, it is not only delicious, but provides a great “cheese pull” for Instagram as well! 

You may go into Gregorio’s Trattoria for their pizza, but you might start your own traditions here such as family Birthdays and celebratory moments. The owners are often dining alongside patrons, and love to take the time to say hello.

Stellina is located in both the Union Market area of Washington, D.C., as well as in Shirlington Village in Arlington, Virginia. 

Available for dine in or carry-out, Stellina is an inviting, casual dining restaurant started by two Native Italian friends who had a goal of bringing authentic Italian street food to Washington, D.C. The pizza at Stellina is as unique as it is flavorful. Their smoked pizza, for instance, has smoked pecorino crema, poached pears, and smoked mozzarella, topped with smoked cherry tomatoes.

Stellina Pizza offers brunch in both locations! With breakfast pizzas and drink specials, they also offer pasta options and egg dishes.
