However, there are too many to try in one lifetime!

To help you find your perfect go-to Korean cuisine spot, I’ve put together a list of some of the best Korean BBQ restaurants in Cleveland, Ohio.

My list includes restaurants that serve traditional Korean cuisine, grill-at-your-table barbecue, and fusion cuisine.

Some restaurants offer Japanese or Chinese cuisine as well.

Each spot has a unique dining experience that will delight your tastebuds!

Korea House Restaurant

3700 Superior Ave E, Cleveland, OH 44114
Phone: 216-431-0462

Korea House Restaurant is smack-dab in the middle of Asiatown and New Chinatown in Cleveland, Ohio.

They serve traditional Korean cuisine in a comfy and compact setting.

There are plenty of Asian restaurants in this area, but Korea House is perfect if you’re looking for a low-key meal.

Korea House offers the classic Korean BBQ experience with a grill installed directly on your table.

I usually order a combo platter when going out for Korean BBQ, so I try as many meats as possible.

At Korea House, I always come back to their charbroiled short ribs.

If you’re not in the mood for BBQ, try their bibimbap or kimbob!

Unprocessed ingredients, healthy dishes, and authentic Asian cuisine are the elements that BIBIBOP focuses on in their restaurant.

The founder and CEO, Charley Shin, grew up in South Korea and brought his knowledge to Cleveland to share with the community.

You can find BIBIBOP a few blocks away from the Cleveland Botanical Garden.

BIBIBOP is all about BYOB – build your own bowl.

You start with a base, then add toppings, your choice of protein, and a sauce.

I gravitate towards their spicy chicken bowl with gochujang sauce, but you can mix and match your favorites!

They also offer chef-curated bowls if you’d prefer to make fewer choices for your meal.

Ha Ahn Restaurant

3030 Superior Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114
Phone: 216-664-1152

Ha Ahn is located near Asiatown and New Chinatown and offers traditional Japanese and Korean cuisine.

It’s undoubtedly one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants in Cleveland.

You can find it in a narrow strip mall surrounded by other Asian restaurants and businesses. Ha Ahn is a homey location that serves authentic dishes.

They also serve sushi if you’re in the mood for it!

Their popular dishes include soft tofu soup, pork bulgogi, and seafood pancakes.

Their sushi menu isn’t extensive, but it offers the basic sushi rolls that any sushi lover would love.

Their menu includes traditional Korean dishes like tonkatsu, tteokbokki, and gyoza.

Miega Korean Barbecue

To me, Korean BBQ means grill tables for the traditional Korean-style barbecue.

Miega Korean Barbecue offers this experience in a comfortable setting located in Asiatown.

Their restaurant sits a few doors down from the Asia Town Center shopping mall and Asia Food Company.

Miega Korean Barbecue serves traditional Korean and Chinese dishes.

My favorite combo BBQ to order is the Chef Combo 2. It includes beef brisket, pork belly, and pork bulgogi.

If you’re hungrier than usual, I recommend ordering the Chef Combo 3, which also adds LA galbi.

Miega offers a vegetarian menu and noodle dishes if the barbecue isn’t your cup of tea.

Rising Grill Korean BBQ

3709 Payne Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114

Rising Grill’s founder, owner, and chef, Byung Jim, has remodeled this restaurant into a signature Korean BBQ experience.

Their menu offers the finest cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and organic vegetables.

Rising Grill is the place to go if you’re looking for a fancy night out.

If you decide to try their Korean BBQ experience, make sure you sample all of the side dishes.

Each one is fantastic and shouldn’t be skipped!

Their tteokbokki is a wonderful starter dish along with their fried chicken wings.

If you’re in the mood for a hotpot, try their kimchi chigae.

I didn’t find it too spicy, and it had a delicious tanginess.

Seoul Garden Restaurant

5270 Pearl Rd, Parma, OH 44129
Phone: 216-661-5990

This Pan-Asian restaurant sits between Ridge-Brook Elementary and Thoreau Park Elementary.

It sits off where highways 42 and 17 cross in Parma, Ohio.

Seoul Garden offers traditional Korean and Japanese cuisine in a casual venue.

Their location is easy to spot since they have their own building!

Seoul Garden’s menu is full of delicious Korean and Japanese-style dishes.

You can cook Jungol hot pot at your table, order one of their 14 different soups, or try a stir fry dish instead.

The one dish I beg you to try is their spicy rice cakes.

They have a sweet and tart flavor and a chewy texture that is cooked to perfection.

Bonchon’s mission is to spread the joy of authentic Korean cuisine around the world and does so with multiple international and national locations.

What began in Busan, South Korea has expanded to the US, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, and many other countries.

Bonchon’s menu focuses on Korean fried chicken with sauces sent directly from their global kitchen in South Korea.

If you’re going to stop in Bonchon, you need to order their Korean fried chicken.

You can choose between their soy garlic sauce or spicy sauce to top off your wings.

Once you’ve tried their fried chicken, you can go back for some of their other traditional Korean dishes, like bulgogi, tteokbokki, and bull dak.
