Tattooed Mom has a special happy hour, or should we say happy hours? Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and from 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm Tattooed Mom has half-priced drafts during their happy hours. This bar has two happy hours, so if you spend the first one elsewhere, you can always find a cheap drink at the Tattooed Mom in South Philly between 10 and 11 at night.
They’re open 7 days a week, and have daily food and drink specials running Sunday through Friday. If you haven’t been to the Tattooed Mom yet, you have to check it out next time you’re in South Philly!

Mission Taquiera is a great Mexican restaurant in Philadelphia with an even better happy hour! You can’t go wrong with a selection of $3 beer, $2 tacos, and $6 margaritas. Sit on the outside area picnic tables to relax with your friends, or play a competitive game of shuffleboard.

Located directly below Mission Taquiera is one of Philadelphia’s best seafood restaurants, Oyster House. Oyster House is known for their famous selection of seafood, but they also have inexpensive happy hour specials!
Oyster House runs their happy hour from Monday through Friday 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm. During these times you can enjoy the most delicious $1 oysters you can find, as well as $3 drafts, and $3 oyster shooters. If you love seafood and you live in the city, your first time here won’t be your last.

One of our favorite happy hours in the city is Barclay Prime. If you’re looking for a more upscale atmosphere, but don’t want to drop a ton of money, visit this restaurant for happy hour Monday – Friday between 4:30-6:30. The happy hour at Barclay Prime features $6 glasses of wine and beer, and select $7 cocktails.
They also offer small plates during their happy hour, including tater tots, sliders, and Wagyu meatballs.
South Jazz Kitchen
600 Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130
South Jazz Kitchen is a Southern-style restaurant with delicious food and a constant flow of talented jazz musicians. Their happy hour is one of the best in Philadelphia, running from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday through Friday. From their website:

The bar and lounge open Tuesday – Sunday at 4:00PM. Our happy hour menu is available from 4:00-7:00PM Tuesday through Friday. Their draft and bottled beer selections are only $7 each during happy hour, which runs every day from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Try to get their early if you can, this place is slowly becoming Philadelphia’s favorite place for a quick drink and sushi roll!

Assembly Rooftop Lounge

With beautiful views of the Art Museum and city, Assembly is a must-try! Their happy hour is Tuesday – Saturday from 4-6pm. They offer $5 beers, $8 bubbles and $10 cocktails.
Independence Beer Garden

Independence is an outdoor beer garden right across from the Liberty Bell. This outdoor space has games like Jenga, cornhole, and ping-pong. The happy hour specials are Wednesday – Sunday from 3-7pm. Happy hour features $4-$6 small plates, $4 beers, $5 wine, and $6 cocktails.
BRU Craft & Wurst
