Located on the mezzanine level of the gorgeous ARIA Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, Bardot Brasserie is a stunning and glamorous French Brasserie.
Bardot Brasserie opened in 2016, receiving Best French Restaurant Concierge Chose Award from the Hotel Concierge Association and was James Beard Semifinalist for the best new restaurant.
The standard of excellence continues to the present, with ambiance, décor, and food. The old-world and polished décor lends a romantic atmosphere in which to savor an authentic French-inspired brunch.
They offer French dishes like the Croque Madame, and French twists on brunch classics like Eggs Benedict with Duck Confit.
I recommend their utterly decadent French Toast, featuring a cube of toasted brioche stuffed with vanilla mascarpone and almond brittle, and smothered in orgeat syrup.
3355 Las Vegas Blvd S 10th Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89109
From award-winning Chef and restaurateur Thomas Keller, Bouchon at The Venetian is a high-end French bistro on the 10th floor of the Venetian Hotel on the Vegas Strip.
Not only do you get spectacular views of the Vegas strip through floor-to-ceiling windows, but the restaurant’s interior feels like being inside the renaissance section of a fine arts museum.
Chef Keller delivers a traditional French menu, using the freshest seasonal ingredients. Bouchon has received constant praise from the culinary community and Las Vegas patrons as having one of the best brunches in town.
I recommend starting with the beignets of the day, followed by the Moules au Safran, or Saffron Mussels with white wine, mustard, and saffron sauce and French fries.

This unique Jamaican and New Mexican fusion restaurant has been an award-winning local haunt since it opened on Las Vegas’ Southwest Side.
Named for founding Chef Dalton Wilson, who partners with co-owner Bryce Krausman, DW Bistro offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that fuses Wilson’s Jamaican roots with his New Mexico upbringing.
DW Bistro recently moved to a bright and industrial-chic dining space inside the Gramercy. Their menu has received votes for Best Brunch by The Daily Meal, Eater, Thrillist, Buzzfeed, and more.
It was hard to pick between the Jerk Pork Hash and the new Mexican Red Chile Pork Bowl. I went with the latter, topped with a sunny egg and served with fresh corn tortillas.

They have a massive outdoor patio for enjoying Las Vegas’ always-sunny weather. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant.
Their popular boozy brunches come with bottomless mimosas. Their menus have wonderful options for healthy juices, smoothies, and vegan options.
I went to Honey Salt looking for that characteristic Las Vegas decadence and found it in full force. Our table split the brioche monkey bread smothered in bourbon caramel sauce.
For my main course, I had fried chicken benedict with Biloxi fried chicken, poached eggs, spinach, and hollandaise over an English muffin.

CATCH markets itself as a see-and-be-seen restaurant frequented by celebrities and crowds of fashionable young adults, with the motto: Meet her, eat here, and party here.
They offer weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, with a globally inspired menu featuring everything from sushi to steak and eggs.
I had their signature truffle sashimi with tuna and Hamachi. It was the height of quality, and its presentation was a culinary work of art.

Their Las Vegas location is inside the Cosmopolitan on the Vegas Strip. Eggslut has a chef-driven menu that showcases eggs in every dish.
The menu has a small but perfectly curated menu of breakfast sandwiches, burgers, biscuits, and brunch plates.
I went for the Gaucho sandwich, an Argentinian version of steak and eggs on a brioche bun with seared wagyu tri-tip steak, over medium egg, chimichurri, red onions, and arugula.

Named for owner and celebrity Chef Giada De Laurentiis, Giada is an Italian and Californian fusion restaurant in a polished and bright space inside The Cromwell with spectacular views of the Strip.
Giada is an extension of her wildly popular Food Network cooking show, featuring Italian family recipes influenced by Laurentiis’ Californian upbringing.
Giada offers Italian-inspired brunches on the weekends from 9 am to 3 pm. I loved Giada’s creative brunch cocktails. I had the G, with Macchu pisco, pineapple juice, apricot preserves, and Angostura bitters.
For brunch, I had a Caprese Frittata with mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto di parma, and fresh basil.
From the founders of The Cheesecake Factory, Grand Lux Café offers European-inspired cuisine in an All-American atmosphere.
While there are Grand Lux Cafes around the nation, the first location was in Las Vegas’ Venetian Resort, where it remains a popular spot for family-style meals.

I was lucky enough to go with a friend to split a plate of chicken and waffles and an enormous butterscotch almond pancake.

Overlooking a beautifully manicured garden and pool area inside the luxurious Wynn Resort and Casino, La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway is a New American bistro.
The oasis-like atmosphere with beach-chic décor reminds me of a Mediterranean seaside patio. Executive Chef Billy DeMarco offers a diverse menu that the whole family will love.
The brunch menu has sections that cater to all dietary preferences, from gluten-free to dairy-free, to vegetarian. I started with a delightfully sweet Fuzzy Navel cocktail, featuring peach schnapps and orange juice.
It paired perfectly with a savory NY Egg Sandwich with Canadian bacon, gruyere, and tomato-aioli on a Kaiser roll.

Lago offers Italian brunch on the weekends with a stunning multi-course menu that starts with a basket of fresh Italian pastries.
I started with the duck and polenta with cheesy polenta and braised pulled duck meat. My favorite course was the breakfast-style lasagna with a poached egg on top!

Executive Chef and partner Frank Cervantes and Ralph Scamardella have created the ultimate Champagne party brunch replete with fresh pasta stations, egg stations, a raw bar, antipasti table, breakfast stations, and a pastry table with a multi-tiered chocolate fountain.

Mon Ami Gabi is a classic French Bistro in an enchanting space with old-world allure on the ground floor of the Paris Hotel and Casino.
The interior has colorful mosaic tiled floors, a large, curved wooden bar with marble counter and leather stools, and a lovely outdoor patio.
Their weekend brunch has a small selection of French-inspired cocktails and dishes. I especially enjoyed their build-your-own sparkling cocktails.
I ordered peach-sweet vermouth and brut sparkling cocktail to accompany a smoked salmon platter with brioche toast, cream cheese, capers, chive, and egg.
