Daytona Beach attracts people from all over the globe. Known as The World’s Most Famous Beach, there are so many fun things to do in Daytona and soaking up the sun on the beach is only the beginning.
Some people come for the beaches, and NASCAR fans everywhere flock to the Daytona 500 every February at the Daytona International Speedway, but for me the greatest attraction is always going to be the restaurant scene, particularly when it comes to breakfast and brunch.

I recently spent some time in Daytona. The first thing I do in any city is try to find all the best restaurants near me while I’m there, so I thought it might come in handy if I put all of my findings together on a list for my fellow foodies out there. Check out all the best brunch restaurants Daytona has to offer for your next mid-day meal right down below to see what I came up with.

Taking the number one spot on my list is a place called Cracked Egg Diner. They’re located off of South Atlantic Avenue in the Rio Mar neighborhood, right across the street from Atlantic Ocean Palm Inn and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oceanfront Daytona Beach Shores where you’ll find some other really awesome restaurants as well.
You can get all your favorite breakfast and brunch foods and more when you come to Cracked Egg. They open early at 7 AM for all you early birds out there, but breakfast is served all day so there’s no rush. Try one of their refreshing mimosas as well if you’re looking for something to really brighten up your day.
Doc Bales’ Grill

Doc Bales’ Grill is up next and they are easily one of the top Daytona Beach brunch spots if you ask me. Come visit Doc Bales’ on the weekends from 7 AM to 11 AM for an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. The buffet features a build-your-own omelette station as well as freshly-baked muffins, danishes, bagels, and so much more.
Check out Doc Bales’ on North Atlantic Avenue near the Rogers Seabreeze neighborhood, right across the street from the Ocean Center convention center inside the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. It’s an absolutely perfect place for Saturday or Sunday brunch, especially if you happen to be staying at the hotel.
Adam’s Egg

When you want delicious brunch in Daytona Beach, Florida, Adam’s Egg is one of my all-time favorite places to eat. They’re over off of South Atlantic Avenue in the South Peninsula Historic District in the Ocean Jewels Resort. Two great places to stay and eat in Daytona all in one convenient location.
When you get to Adam’s Egg, I would recommend going for their endless mimosas deal which comes with a breakfast dish. If you’re there with your significant other, then I recommend doing the brunch for two deal which is any breakfast dish with your own personal bottle of champagne.
Starlite Diner

Up next is the Starlite Diner and it doesn’t get any more American than this. Starlite perfectly captures the feel of an old vintage diner with a homestyle breakfast menu that they serve all day long. That’s what makes it one of my favorite places to go for brunch in Daytona.
I always recommend trying an order of the biscuit and gravy special. It’s a southern classic that can’t be beat. You can get their biscuits and gravy a la carte as well, but the special comes with 2 eggs and home fries or grits, so I always go for it.
Check out Starlite Diner off of North Atlantic Avenue, right across the street from the Club Wyndham Ocean Walk hotel near one of our favorite pizzerias!
First Watch

First Watch is such a great restaurant to check out when you’re in the mood for brunch or breakfast. They’re a well-known name that never disappoints, especially when it comes to their delicious pancakes.
Look for First Watch in the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Daytona Beach Speedway/Airport in the Shoppes at ONE DAYTONA, right next to the Volusia Mall off of West International Speedway Boulevard.
When you find it, I recommend going for the Trifecta breakfast option. It comes with a massive pancake, bacon, and eggs. They also have some of the best coffee here. If you enjoy it too, then you can even buy some to take home with you.
The Red Bud Cafe
317 Seabreeze Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32118

Right on Seabreeze Boulevard, just a half a mile north of the Daytona Lagoon amusement park is another one of my favorite Daytona Beach brunch spots called The Red Bud Cafe. You’re definitely going to want to pay them a visit for an amazing brunch experience.
I recommend crepes when you come to The Red Bud, it seems to be the thing they do the best. They have countless other options to try, though, consisting of cuisines from all around the world. They have sweet crepes like the Nutella and strawberry crepe and savory ones as well like an Argentinian-style beef crepe.
Daytona Diner

Last, but not least, is a place called Daytona Diner and their menu has everything you could ever want for breakfast and brunch served all day long. Every brunch enthusiast in the area should add this to their list immediately.
I love popping in at Daytona Diner for a quick breakfast sandwich or wrap and a cup of coffee to start my day. I recommend sausage, egg, and cheese on a biscuit.
After you fuel up here, you can just stroll right across the street and have some fun at Congo River Golf for a game of mini-golf with the family.
Final Thoughts
Daytona Beach is a wonderful Florida destination for fun and food alike. It’s really no wonder people come from all over to enjoy what this city offers. The most surefire way to make sure you start your day off on the right foot is to head to one of these awesome Daytona Beach Brunch spots for an unbeatable meal.
