You can find several restaurants throughout the city offering a wide selection of breakfast options, from classic dishes to ones with a Tex-Mex twist.

However, it might feel overwhelming to try and scour the entire city and eat at every single one of them if you’re spending a short time in San Antonio.

Luckily, I compiled a list of the best breakfast restaurants in San Antonio to help you simplify your search and try the best food the city offers if you’re in the mood for something in the morning.

It has a casual and bustling vibe that encourages patrons to start their day most energetically. Executive Chef Mike Alvarez serves the best pancakes in town and other breakfast favorites.

The Magnolia Pancake Haus has one of the most diverse menu options I’ve ever seen in any restaurant. I recommend ordering their Bananas Foster Pancakes, Cakes and Eggs, Eggs Fitzgerald, or Jambalaya Omelet.

Don’t forget to try their fresh citrus compote or strawberries to get some fruit into your system for a delightful flavor burst.


La Panadería
