You’ll find the local favorite 678 Korean BBQ right near the Paramont Apartments, and it’s an excellent place to sample authentic Korean BBQ. This restaurant has plenty of things going for it, but first and foremost has to be its excellent staff and beautiful interior. It’s clean, welcoming, and a fantastic family-friendly venue. There are many amazing things on the menu, but two of my favorites include the K BBQ Platter and BBQ Burger with perfectly cooked meat and plenty of crisp vegetables. There are many proteins to choose from, and you’re guaranteed never to leave hungry at 678 Korean BBQ.
9292 Korean BBQ
3360 Satellite Blvd #8, Duluth, GA 30096
770-680-2951

9292 Korean BBQ does things right by cooking meat over coals. Many restaurants use gas, and while that yields a still-tasty product. You really can’t beat the layers of smokiness and flavor that you get from cooking over coals. Additionally, the meat is of top-notch quality, and the sides, especially homemade kimchi, are fresh and gourmet. 9292 Korean BBQ also replenishes their vegetables and eggs regularly. You can order any meat you want, but I prefer the pork and mixed beef platter. There are also plenty of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to wash your meal down with, and they’re conveniently located just a few blocks from McDaniel Farm Park.

Next to Inman Village Pocket Park, you’ll find Char Korean Bar & Grill, one of Atlanta’s top Korean BBQ places and my personal favorite spot to grab a sumptuous pork belly bowl. Simply put, the food at this place is off the charts. I love their ribeye banh mi, dumplings, homemade condiments, and sauces. One of the key reasons why people flock to Char Korean Bar & Grill is the atmosphere and spot-on authentic food. The bibimbop is very tasty, and they do an excellent weekday brunch. I certainly recommend that you make a reservation.

D92 Korean BBQ is very close to Scott Park, and it’s the ideal Korean BBQ place to drop by if you’re looking for a great beer selection and enough Korean BBQ to feed all of your friends and family. Bring your appetite when you visit because the portions at D92 Korean BBQ are beyond huge, and their combo meals come with a heaping portion of fried rice. I’m a massive fan of D92 Korean BBQ’s prime brisket and bulgogi. Their pork belly is soft and flavorful with just the right seasoning, and the kimchi fried rice is outstanding.
Iron Age Korean Steakhouse

North Druid Hills Road is one of the most popular thoroughfares in all of Atlanta, and Iron Age Korean Steakhouse is conveniently located right off it. This centrally-placed Korean BBQ staple restaurant specializes in excellent marinades that take their food straight to the next level. The lemon-pepper marinade at Iron Age Korean Steakhouse is outstanding, hitting the right notes of citrus and heat, and their authentic soy sauce rivals anything you’d find on the streets of Seoul. One of my personal favorites is the pork steak with garlic. It’s got nuanced flavor and a kick of heat.

Next to Kohls and Furniture Mart on Venture Drive, you’ll find one of Atlanta’s hidden Korean BBQ gems, K BBQ Factory. One of the things that I absolutely love about K BBQ Factory is the lightning-fast service. You won’t have to wait for water refills. Your servers are always on-hand to answer any clarifying questions about the menu. It’s a great place to go when you’re super hungry. The Korean BBQ is the star of the show for sure. It’s hearty, filling, and totally traditional with various meats, sauces, and tasty marinades. But, if you’re looking for something a little bit different, try their bibimbap bowls.
Miss Gogi

Miss Gogi Korean BBQ Restaurant is a welcoming spot right next to Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta in Doraville, Georgia. It’s easy to find, and once you’re there, you’ll feel like family. There are plenty of options at Miss Gogi’s, including an “all you can eat” menu and some vegetarian fare. The salads, excellent veggies, and traditional Korean sauces and dips would be a meal all of their own, but the best part, in my opinion, is the meat options. I love the pork belly and brisket at Miss Gogis. The portions are enormous, so ensure you bring your appetite or at least a person to share your food with.

Han II Kwan Korean BBQ Restaurant is right off the 295 and is a convenient and easy place to stop for a delicious Korean BBQ meal that will wow you. There are plenty of things to love on the menu, but some of my personal favorites include edamame, fried dumplings, and vegetable stir-fries. But, of course, the Korean BBQ is next level too. As with all of our top options, the proteins at Han II Kwan are absolutely spot on. Two of my favorites include pork and beef. Both of these are richly marinated and cooked to perfection. Round off your meal with kimchi.
